Following hot towels to the feet they will be placed in a Copper Soaking Bowl filled with flowers, crystals, fresh mint and showered with Himalayan mineral crystals which are sustainable mined and 100% natural. Copper’s meaning is to conduct energy, clear out negativity, and to help balance the chakras. It is said to be good for circulation, boosting energy and sharpening the mind. Copper is also famed for reducing stiff joints, aches, and pains commonly associated with arthritis and rheumatism. Whilst your tootsies are soaking you will be treated to an acupressure head massage followed by an exfoliation & massage to the feet and lower legs.
